We are leaving from the store at 6:10 pm sharp on Mondays and
Thursdays. Monday night is a women's ...
We are leaving from the store at 6:10 pm sharp on Mondays and Thursdays. Monday night is a women's ride. Spouses/friends can join in, but the deal is that we boys have to stay behind the pack and let the women pace. Typical pace is approx 20 km/hr on the flats. As a no-drop ride we wait at the top of every hill for everyone. Thursday is a larger ride and this year we will be breaking up into 2 groups. The fast group will be riding at approx 30-35 km/hr. The second group is at the usual Thursday night pace of 25km/hr. We will start off the spring with a loop of Stanley park until it's light out enough to do UBC. Rain go/no go is determined at 4:30. If it's raining at 4:30 the official ride is cancelled. There are always die-hards. Please call if you need more details or have questions. 604.872.2424 |
